Who we are

What we collect

When you fill in an estimate or contact form on this site, we collect only what that form asks for:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The service you are interested in, if you select one
• Whatever you choose to tell us in the message box
• Whether you prefer to be contacted by email, phone or text, if you tell us
• Which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were looking at

We do not ask for payment details, and we never ask for sensitive information such as financial account numbers or government identification through this website.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and carry out work you ask us to do. That is the only reason we ask for it. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them for the relationship they relate to — to follow up, to reference a past project, and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations as a licensed contractor. You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details above.

Who else sees it

Your enquiry is stored with our hosting and database providers, who hold it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for anything else. Beyond those providers, your information is seen only by UpFront Remodeling staff working on your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics tracking, or third-party marketing pixels. We do not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.

Our project pages show videos and thumbnails hosted by YouTube. When you play a video, YouTube may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy, which we do not control. Thumbnails alone are images and are loaded in the same way as any other picture on the page.

Your rights in California

California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA. You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you and where it came from, to delete it, or to correct it if it is wrong. You may also ask us to stop selling or sharing your personal information — though we do not sell or share it in the first place.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email info@upfront-remodeling.com or call 818-305-1919. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, so that we do not release someone's information to the wrong person.

Keeping it safe

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection and stored in a database that is not readable from this website — only authorised UpFront Remodeling staff can read submitted enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Children

This website is intended for adults arranging work on a home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you have already given us will be communicated directly.
