Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 September 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By visiting or using this website (the “Site”), operated by UpFront Remodeling Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Company”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of the Site only. They are separate from, and do not replace, any written home improvement contract, estimate agreement, or proposal you sign with us for construction or remodeling work — those documents have their own terms and are governed by California's Home Improvement Contract requirements.
2. About this website
This Site provides information about UpFront Remodeling Inc., a construction and remodeling company serving Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley area, including our services, past projects, and ways to request an estimate. The Site is informational and promotional — it is not, by itself, an offer to contract, and using it does not create a contractor-client relationship between you and us.
3. Using the Site
You may browse the Site and use its contact and estimate-request features for your own personal or legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:
- Copy, scrape, or republish Site content (text, photos, project images) without permission;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its forms, or any connected systems;
- Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content;
- Misrepresent your identity when requesting an estimate or contacting us; or
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Site at scale.
4. Estimates and quotes requested through the Site
Any estimate, quote, or project cost figure you receive through a Site form, chat, phone call originating from the Site, or email is preliminary and non-binding. It is based only on the information you provide and is subject to an in-person or on-site assessment.
A binding scope of work, price, and schedule is established only in a signed, written home improvement contract, which — under California law — must include specific disclosures (including your right to cancel within three business days) that this Site and these Terms do not substitute for.
5. Contractor license disclosure
UpFront Remodeling Inc. is a licensed contractor in the State of California, CSLB #1101426. You can verify the status of this license at the Contractors State License Board (cslb.ca.gov).
6. Intellectual property
All text, photographs, project galleries, logos, and design elements on the Site belong to UpFront Remodeling Inc. or its licensors, unless otherwise noted. You may view and share Site pages for personal, non-commercial reference, but may not reproduce, redistribute, or use our project photos or written content commercially without written permission.
7. Reviews and submissions
If the Site allows you to submit a review, testimonial, photo, or comment, you confirm it's your own honest experience and that you have the right to share any photos you submit. By submitting, you give us permission to display it on the Site and in related marketing, and we may edit for length or clarity without changing its meaning. We may decline to post, or remove, submissions that are false, abusive, or unrelated to our services.
8. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites (review platforms, social media, supplier or material brand pages). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Links don't imply an endorsement in either direction.
9. No warranty on Site content
The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We try to keep project photos, service descriptions, and general information current and accurate, but we don't guarantee the Site is error-free, uninterrupted, or that all displayed information is up to date at every moment. This section does not affect any warranty we separately provide in a signed construction contract for completed work.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, UpFront Remodeling Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including reliance on a preliminary estimate obtained through it. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, or liability arising under a separate written construction contract.
11. Indemnification
You agree to hold us harmless from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy
Information you submit through Site forms (name, phone, email, project address, photos) is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Site's forms, you consent to that handling.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site or our services. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
