That means design, engineering, permits and construction are coordinated as one project under one contract, from the first drawing through final inspection. From First Call to Final Walkthrough

Free, itemized estimate
We start by understanding your vision, needs and budget. The estimate is free and broken out line by line, so you can see where each dollar goes before any work starts. Before we quote, we also check the property on ZIMAS (the City of Los Angeles zoning map) so we know what the lot allows.

Planning around your goals
Your vision, needs and budget shape the plan, so every detail lines up with what you expect before design and permitting begin.

Design, engineering and permits
We coordinate architectural design, structural engineering and city permitting as one project, and we pull the permits through the city or county building department that covers your address, whether that is LADBS, LA County or a Ventura County city.

Construction with regular updates
While work is underway you get updates, including photos and project milestones, sent to your phone or email, so you are never guessing where the project stands.

Final inspection and walkthrough
The project runs through final inspection, and we finish with a walkthrough of the completed space with you.

What is the first step with UpFront Remodeling?

Do you handle permits?
Yes. We pull permits through LADBS, LA County Public Works and the Thousand Oaks, Santa Clarita, Simi Valley, Camarillo and Oxnard building departments, and we check each parcel on ZIMAS before we quote.
Will I know what is happening during the project?
Yes. We send progress updates with photos and project milestones to your phone or email.
