The second is the next phase of the same home, a master bath in Calacatta marble-look porcelain with a matte black double vanity, and a kids' bathroom with a navy vanity and a mother-of-pearl mosaic accent wall.

The city accepts plan checks electronically only: submittals go through its Self-Help Online Portal (SHOP) or by email or flash drive, and physical plan sets are no longer accepted.
